Process Serving

Although our main offices are based in London and Guildford, we have a large number of experienced process and document servers based all over the UK. We can collect Court papers (depending on area) and make speedy service as a matter of urgency.

We can then provide you with a sworn Affidavit of Service and can even lodge any relevant Powers of Arrest with the local Police stations. In the unlikely event that we cannot make good service, we will supply you with an Affidavit of attempted service which can be used to support an application for substituted service.

We charge a competitive hourly rate plus mileage, but can supply a fixed fee quotation on request in certain circumstances.
